The Sterling Power Training  centre which has been designed and purpose-built, provides high quality accommodation for operations, technical and craft training facilities, which includes a Conference Room, two large fully equipped Lecture Rooms and a number of small ‘break out’ rooms for smaller groups and meetings.

The Sterling Power Training Centre is based at the Utility Management Centre, Halesowen, headquarters of Sterling Power Group.

The practical training area accommodates the following facilities:

Sterling Power Training has a fully operational training network operating at 11,000 volts, with a large number of interconnected substations, provides a good cross-section of high and low voltage switchgear and associated substation equipment currently found on electricity distribution networks and provides a realistic, but a totally controlled training environment.
